Amazon UK £1.63
Amazon US $2.25

Regency Romance

Battle-scarred Major Harry Joslin is the son of the black sheep of the family. He never expected to inherit a baronet’s title. But now he is the heir, and old Uncle Silas is furious about it! That formidable old gentleman has vowed to whip his grandson into shape—teach him his duties and tell him who to marry.
Rosalind Joslin is far from the sunny warmth of India, living in England and caring for her late husband’s crusty Uncle Silas. Though she was widowed much too young, she believes her chance for romance has gone. Now Rosalind just wants to bring the family together over a real English Christmas with holly and the traditional feast.
Will Major Harry let old Uncle Silas give him his marching orders, or will he find a bride of his own choosing?”

An ideal in-front-of-the-fire with a glass of wine and box of chocs Christmas-related read. It is a typical romance, with a gruff hero and a lovely young lady who has lost her way in the world and fears she will never find love – but that is what romance novels are all about.

Saralee Etter is a wonderful writer for this genre, she has a knack of bringing in the little details of the period to add that special background flavour and her characters are all believable.

A charming, thoroughly enjoyable novel to endulge yourself in a touch of Christmassy entertainment and romance.
